Loan Officer
Daniel Garcia
I got into the mortgage industry in 2019 for a simple reason: I wanted to be part of the most important financial decision most people ever make — and I wanted to do it with the kind of personal care that actually changes the experience. Before mortgage lending, I spent years sharpening my customer service instincts. When I saw the opportunity to put those skills toward helping families achieve homeownership, it was an easy choice. There's nothing quite like handing someone the keys to their first home. I love working with first-time buyers and anyone who appreciates having a true partner through the loan process — someone who explains every step, answers every question, and doesn't disappear after the application is submitted. I've called Murrieta, CA home since 1999. I'm married and a proud dad of five — and when I'm not working with clients, you'll find me on the sidelines coaching my kids in sports. Family is everything to me, and that same commitment shows up in how I treat every client.

“Working with Daniel Garcia on my HELOAN was a great experience. He took the time to understand my goals, explained all of my options clearly, and answered every question with patience and honesty. Daniel kept me informed throughout the process, making everything smooth and stress-free. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine commitment to finding the best solution gave me confidence every step of the way. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking for a trustworthy lender who truly puts their clients first.”
“Daniel was extremely helpful with our first home purchase. From the start, he was very professional and easy to work with. He is very trustworthy. He took the time to explain many things we were confused about. Our phone calls were always informative and easygoing. He would answer our phone calls and questions outside of working hours and on the weekends which was the most helpful. We very much appreciated being able to reach him at any time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a loan officer. We will definitely be working with him again in the future.”
“Daniel is quick and knowledgeable with many connections. If you need it done, he will get it done! Highly recommend for all mortgage needs! Contact him!”
“Daniel's proactive communication and communication in general was stellar. If you're looking for someone who you can trust to lead and guide you during the lending process, I can't recommend Daniel enough. Thanks for a great experience.”

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Pre-Qualification and Pre-Approval the same thing?
No. Pre-qualification and pre-approval are two different things. Pre-qualification means that a mortgage lender has reviewed your financial records and believes you will qualify for a loan. A pre-approval is a conditional commitment from a lender that they will lend you the money for a mortgage.
Will getting quoted hurt my credit score?
A single mortgage inquiry has a minor, temporary effect, and credit bureaus count multiple mortgage inquiries within a 45-day window as one shopping event. We only pull credit when you're ready — never for an initial conversation.
How long does closing take?
A typical purchase closes in 21–30 days from accepted offer; refinances usually run 2–3 weeks. Clean files with responsive borrowers can move faster — our underwrite target is 48 hours.
Why use a broker instead of my bank?
A bank can offer you its shelf. As a brokerage, we shop hundreds of wholesale lenders and price your exact scenario across them — which is how tricky files get approved and easy files get cheaper.
When should I lock my rate?
When the payment works for your budget, not when the news feels calm. We watch the market daily, tell you when your target is available, and many of our programs include a float-down if rates improve before closing.
